We've streamlined the leasing process to make renting out your property easy and affordable. With our thorough application review and sophisticated marketing campaigns, we'll find you the perfect tenant.

Leasing Services:  We will locate a great tenant for your rental.  Our hassle free process takes all the stress out of looking for the right person.  Our unique approach to marketing rentals helps attract as many potential renters as possible, allowing you to be highly selective. 

I will lease out your property for top dollar. All you pay is a flat fee of $2500 for our residential and commercial leasing services.

Flat fee applies to any residential or commercial rental, regardless of the property size, type or market rent.

My services include:

- Extensive online and MLS marketing campaign to reach top quality tenants.
- Top of the line, professional photography,
- Drafting and negotiating the lease agreements.
- All pre-screening, credit report, verification of references, employment history, income and asset documentation.
- Handling of move in / move out checklist.
- Make sure that all advertising and applications comply with federal and state fair housing protection laws.

Property Management:  We can also oversee all of the day-to-day work involved in managing your rental property.  We’ll take over everything so you can focus on the things in life you’d rather be doing.

Pay a flat fee of $125 monthly (per unit) for our Property Management Services:

Includes all day-to-day management services:
- Handling all tenant communications.
- Coordinating all repair appointments.
- All bookkeeping, (including rents paid, maintenance costs, mortgage payments, insurance and property taxes paid.)
- Basic “handy-man” repair items.
- (If more than 2 basic repairs, or repairs costs are estimated to be more than $120 in a 30-day period, a surcharge may apply, including a charge for a 3rd party contractor.)
- Make sure that the property complies with LARSO and / or applicable housing ordinances.

Additional fees not covered (If applicable):
- All 3rd party vendor / contractor repair items. TBD.
- New carpet, paint and cleaning services upon tenant move out / in.

Having a property manager makes life easier. Having a great property manager makes life wonderful.
