My Bio: I live in Studio City. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, watching classic films, going on hikes, volunteering and taking photographs.  I began working as a realtor and mortgage broker in 2003.  Since then, I’ve persistently strived to develop my real estate skills and intellect so that I can be a valuable asset to my clients.

My clients span a wide range, including, luxury home buyers and sellers, first-time home buyers, seasoned investors and individuals from underserved communities.

If you’re looking to list your property, I’ll provide you with expert advice on how to sell your home for top dollar and will walk you through all the pre-listing preparations needed to get your place ready.

Since negotiations are such an integral part of my work, I believe that supplementing my experience with continuing education in negotiations is a must.  I’ve received a certification in negotiations from Harvard Business School and obtained extensive negotiation training while earning my law degree from Southwestern Law School.

My legal education should also give you peace of mind in knowing that the entire transaction will be handled in the appropriate manner, so as to protect you from any potential litigation in the future.

Lastly, my mortgage background allows me to readily assess whether or not a prospective buyer is adequately qualified to close escrow on your listing.  If you require a mortgage to buy your next home, my knowledge regarding home loans is also instrumental in helping you obtain the best interest rate and loan terms available.

Over the past 20 years, I’ve done everything I can to become the best real estate broker I can be.  I hope that my experience, education and skills will help make you a lifelong client.

If you want to reach out to talk about real estate, mortgage interest rates, or simply philosophize about life, feel free to call or email me anytime. I love meeting new people. (You’re never under any obligation to sign up to use my services. I’m simply happy to help people with whatever I can.)

Solid understanding of logic and reasoning principles:  Logic and reasoning was the central part of my studies at Berkeley.  It allows me to understand what selling strategies make sense and will get you the best results.

Understanding human behavior: What motivates buyers? What are their aspirations, fears, concerns?  All these questions are essential to understanding home buyers and to getting you the best price for your home.  These profound existential questions were a big part of my undergraduate studies.  My strong understanding of human nature helps me to achieve great results for my clients.

Luxury Home Certification (LHC)

Knowing the luxury home market:  I know how to make your home stand out.
I understand that luxury homes and luxury homeowners are unique. That’s why it was important for me to become certified as a luxury home specialist by the RRC, a subsidiary of NAR (the National Association of Realtors).

My certification includes luxury home pricing strategies and negotiation tactics. Coupled with my knowledge of and experience in the luxury home market will allow me to exceed your expectations.

Certificate in Photography
Awarded with Distinction for Outstanding Work

Photography Principles:  You only have five seconds to get a buyer’s attention.  At UCLA I gained a deep understanding of the principles of photography, beauty, commercial appeal and composition.

By combining my knowledge of photography with my experience in showing properties to home buyers, I’m able to effectively curate all media used to market and advertise your home.  In doing so, I will maximize the appeal of your home and capture the attention of potential home buyers.  The end result is a higher selling price.
